下肢静脉造影改进方法的应用与探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨下肢静脉造影改进后的操作方法,达到提高诊断效果、造影质量的目的。方法:对30例经手术、病理证实深静脉血栓(DVT)患者应用改良顺行静脉造影操作方法,将检查结果进行分析。结果:改良后的下肢静脉造影方法诊断符合率为90%,结论:下肢静脉造影是评价DVT形成的金标准,此类改进操作法的实施,为下肢静脉检查的诊断和治疗提供了较全面和确切的依据,取得了理想的临床效果。Objective To research the new operational way of ascending phlebography （APG） inorder to improve the quality and effect of radiography. Methods 30 cases which confirmed deepvein thrombus by surgery underwent examinations of the new APG,and then the results from examinations were analyzed and investigated. Results The coincident rate of the improved APG results was up to 90%. Conclusion Lower limb contrast venography is considered the gold standard for the detection of deep venous thrombosis. The application of the improved APG canprovides extremely important clues for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
