摘　　要：阐述了WTO环境规则的内容和特点,介绍了条约适用的主要理论主张和各国的实践情况,分析了我国有关条约适用制度的现状。认为对WTO环境规则,我国应采用间接适用的方式。The paper addresses the contents and characteristics of the WTO enviroranent regulations. It introduces the theory and philosophy for the application of the treaty and the fact of practicing this treaty across the member countries, and also analyzes the current situation of implementing some articles in China. It is believed that China should adopt an indirect way of application regarding the WTO environment regulations.
