摘　　要：阐述了期刊书目数据库建设的重要意义和形式,列举了影响回溯建库质量的因素,并提出了相应的对策,以确保书目数据的质量。This paper expounds the important significance and the forms of the construction of the periodical bibliographic database, lists the factors influencing the quality of the construction of the back-tracking database, and puts forward some corresponding measures for guaranteeing the quality of the bibliographic database.
