摘　　要：分析了山西省晋中市寿阳县的地理情况,介绍了寿阳县水利水保的具体做法和雨水高效利用的技术措施,指出了雨水利用工程实施后的巨大社会经济效应。This paper analyzes on the geographic situation of Shouyang County of Jinzhong City, Shanxi province, introduces the concrete methods for the water conservation and water protection and the technical measures for the high- effective utilization of the rainwater that are adopted by Shouyang County, and points out the huge social and economic benefits obtained after the implementation of the rainwater utilization project.
