浙江省对外贸易对生态环境的效应分析

摘　　要：近年来,浙江省对外贸易一直呈现高速发展的势态。但必须要指出的是,在经济与贸易高速发展的背后。是资源的过度利用和生态环境的逐步恶化。通过浙江省对外贸易对环境影响的实证分析,得出浙江省对外贸易的生态环境总效应为负。所以,为了协调经济发展与环境保护的关系,浙江省必须实施一系列以实现可持续发展为目标的“绿色”贸易措施,使自己在享受国际贸易带来的收益的同时消除其对生态环境的不利影响。Zhejiang Province has been experiencing rapid and striking growth rate in foreign trade. It must be pointed out that, however, economic and foreign trade growth is at the cost of the overuse of natural resources and gradual deterioration of entironment.o Based on the empirical analysis on foreign trade and entironment, this paper concluded that the effect of foreign trade on Zhejiang＇s entironment tends to be negative on the whole. Therefore, in order to coordinate the economic development with environ- ment, a series of “green” trade measures must be adopted for sustainable growth without imoosing harm on the environment.
