摘　　要：随着农村产业结构调整,农村劳动力参与主体呈现出较为明显的性别分化,女性成为农业生产的主体。但是我国农村女性受教育程度低,人力资本存量不足,注重对农村女性人力资本进行投资具有较大的正外部性和重要意义,有利于农村经济可持续发展的实现。With the adjustment of the rural industrial structures, the participators in the rural labor show obvious sexual differentiation, and women have been the principle part of the agriculture production. However, our native rural women generally have enjoyed a relatively low education, which leads to the lack of the human resources storage. Therefore, to attach great importance to the investment in the rural women＇s human resources will show relatively strong positive externalities and its great significant, which will also be conducive to the sustainable development of the rural economy.
