摘 要:目的观察急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者外周血单核细胞mCD14的表达情况,并探讨其意义。方法对5例ARDS患者及10例健康志愿者,分别分离其外周血单核细胞,用抗生物素-生物素-过氧化酶复合物技术(ABC法)检测其mCD14的表达。结果ARDS组及对照组外周血mCD14阳性单核细胞的百分率分别为94.3%±1.5%、93.6%±1.7%,两组间无统计差别(P>0.05)。结论ARDS患者及健康志愿者外周血单核细胞高表达mCD14,说明它们对LPS具有较高的潜在识别能力,一旦有LPS存在或入侵,这些细胞将可能被激活并释放介质。Objective To investigate mCD14 protein expression in peripheral monocytes from patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS),and to analyze the value of mCD14 protein expression. Methods Avidin biotinperoxidase complex technique was used to determine mCD14 protein expression in peripheral monocytes among 5 ARDS patients and 10 normal subjects. Results The percentages of mCD14^- positive monocytes in 5 patients with ARDS and 10 healthy volunteers were 94. 3% ± 1.5% and 93.6% ± 1.7%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P〉0. 05). Conclusion Monocytes both in patients with ARDS and in normal subjects may have a strong potential recognizing ability to lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Monocytes will be activated and release media once there is LPS invasion to the body.
