“患恨”导引功治疗抑郁精神症状的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨“患恨”导引功对精神病症状行为的治疗作用。方法将长沙马王堆“患恨”彩图,系统编为一种气功用于临床七情等病的调理治疗。选择抑郁证的住院精神病患者22例,随机分为“患恨”导引功组11例,上肢体操对照组11例,疗程均为15 d,计量观察治疗前后症状行为心理的变化。结果“患恨”导引功组治疗后心理行为症状评分明显减少,初分与末分之间分值有极显著性差异。结论“患恨”导引功对精神病症状有较好的调节作用,这种简便易行的气功值得进一步推广。Objective It is to study the behavior treatment function of Huanhen exercises on depression. Methods Huanhen color pictures unearthed from Changsha Mawang Heap were edited to breathing exercises to treat for Qiqing diseases. 22 hospital patients with depression were chosen and randomly divided into Huanhen breathing exercises group （llcases） and upper limb exercises control group （11 cases）. Both the treatment courses were 15 d. The changes of symptom, behavior and psy- chology were observed and appraised before and after treatment. Results The scores of behavior and psychology symptom in Huanhen breathing exercises group were significantly decreased. There was very significant difference in the beginning scores and the end scores, Conclusion Huanhen breathing exercises have a good accommodation action on psychosis symptom, so such an easy breathing exercise is worth being used more.
