治风活血法治疗中风病探讨

摘　　要：从治风方药及其治法治疗中风病的历史沿革、治风方药及其治法治疗中风病的现代研究,对治风活血法的治疗机制、风药的分类及中风病治风活血法代表方进行探讨,认为从“治风活血法”的治法理论高度认识风药在中风病中的应用,可能为中风病中医临床基础理论的现代研究及中西医结合提供切入点,对提高中风病的疗效有重要意义。Historical successive changes and modern research of Chinese drugs for treating Wind-Evil and therapeutic methods on the treatment of stroke were introduced.Treatment mechanism,classification of drugs for Wind-Evil,and the representative recipes of treat Wind-Evil to Promots Blood Circulation method in treating stroke were discussed.Realization on application of drugs for treating Wind-Evil in stroke should base on the theoretical height of therapeuticlal principle,i.e.Treat Wind-Evil to Promote Blood Circulation method.This could provide cut-in point for the modern research on clinical basic theory of TCM and combination of TCM and WM in treatment of stroke.This would be of great importance in enhancing the clinical effect of treating stroke.
