摘  要:目的观察黄角颗粒对大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)大鼠血浆SOD、MDA、TNF-α、NO的影响。方法将MCAO大鼠分为中药大/中/小剂量组、西药组、模型组、正常组,观察各组大鼠血浆SOD、MDA、TNF-α、NO值实验后的变化。结果模型组大鼠血浆MDA、TNF-α、NO水平显著高于正常组,SOD值显著低于正常组;中药大、中、小剂量组及西药组血浆MDA、TNF-α、NO值显著低于模型组,SOD值显著高于模型组;中药大剂量组血浆SOD值显著高于西药组,NO值显著低于西药组,其血浆MDA、TNF-α与西药组相近。结论黄角颗粒可降低MCAO大鼠血浆MDA、TNF-α、NO水平,升高SOD,有效清除氧自由基,减轻自由基的神经毒性,此为其防治细胞凋亡的可能机制之一。Objective:To observe the effect of HuangJiao Granule (黄角颗粒) on the Levels of SOD,MDA,TNF-αand NO in Plasma of MCAO rats.Methods:60 old health Wister Rats,were divided into 6 groups(HuangJiao Granule small dose group,HuangJiao Granule middle dose group,HuangJiao Granule large dose group,medicine group and model group)at random.Then observed the levels of SOD,MDA,TNF-αand NO in plasma of the rats.Results:The Levels of MDA,TNF-αand NO in the model group were significantly higher then that in the model group,the levels of SOD was significantly lower that in the model group.The the levels of MDA,TNF-αand NO of HuangJiao Granule small dose group,HuangJiao Granule middle dose group,HuangJiao Granule large dose group is significantly higher then those in the model group,The plasma MDA,TNF-αlevels of HuangJiao Granule small dose group.HuangJiao Granule middle dose group,HuangJiao Granule large dose group is similar to medicine group.Conclusion:HuangJiao Granule could cut down the levels of the MCAO SOD,MDA,TNF-αand NO in plasma of rats and raise the level of SOD.HuangJiao Granule could loose the neuro-toxic of free radical.
