摘　　要：介绍了同步多媒体集成语言SMIL的发展历史,提出了SMIL2.1移动配置规范。简要介绍了SMIL2.1移动配置规范,并说明了该移动配置规范与3GPPSMIL语言规范的关系。最后,详细说明了移动配置规范中的语言规范,三个重要功能模块:内容控制模块,链接模块,定时与同步模块和事件集。This paper introduces the development history of Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language SMIL and puts forward SMIL 2.1 Mobile Profile. It also briefly describes the relationship of SMIL 2.1 Mobile Profile to 3GPP SMIL Language Profile. This paper concludes with a detailed introduction to the language profile and three important function modules： content control modules, linking modules, timing and synchronization modules and event set.
