制首乌中二苯乙烯苷含量的HPLC测定

摘　　要：目的考察不同产地制首乌的药材质量。方法采用HPLC进行测定,以乙腈-水(20∶80)为流动相,紫外检测波长为320nm。结果不同产地制首乌的二苯乙烯苷含量差异较大,最高为4.48%,最低的仅为0.30%。结论为保证制首乌的质量和疗效,应制定制首乌中二苯乙烯苷的限量标准。Objective To study the quality of prepared Radix Polygoli Muhiflori from different areas. Methods HPLC was used and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -water （20： 80） with the detection wavelength at 320nm. Results The contents of 2,3,5,4＇ - tetrahydroxy - tilbene - 2 - O - β - D - glucoside were different obviously in different areas, the maximum was 4.48% and the minimum was 0.30%. Conclusion To ensure the quality and curative effect of prepared Radix Polygoli Muhiflori, the content of 2,3,5,4＇ - tetrahydroxy - tilbene - 2 - O - β - D - glucoside should be assayed.
