摘  要:提出一种基于图的注塑产品侧凹特征识别方法:首先将产品属性面邻接图中的节点和边进行属性扩展,以形成产品的扩展属性面邻接图;在此基础上,应用扩展属性面邻接图对凹、凸及通孔三种类型的侧凹特征进行描述,并采用子图匹配的方式将侧凹特征的子图从产品属性面邻接图中识别出来;对于识别出的侧凹特征,特征方向可采用可视图的方法确定,并通过分析识别出的侧凹特征的特征方向来最终确定产品的优化脱模方向。实例测试表明,该侧凹特征识别方法可以有效地识别注塑产品中的侧凹特征,提高侧凹特征的识别效率。A new graph- based recognition method oi undercut features from molaea part was proposed. Attributes of node and edge in Face Adjacency Attribute Graph(FAAG) were extended to form Extended Face Adjacency Attribute Graph(EFAAG). Based on these theories, concave, convex and through undercut features were defined accordingly and sub-graphs of the undercut features were recognized from EFAAG of the molded part by graph matching. Feature orientation of each recognized undercut features was determined by visibility map and optimized parting direction was chosen from these feature orientations. The case study shows the undercut features and improves the efficiency that the proposed method is available in recognizing in undercut feature recognition.
