摘　　要：介绍了数据库管理系统MicrosoftSQLServer2000的数据转换服务(DTS),提出了其在实际应用中的某些不足之处,即不能定时、自动地将Xbase数据库(dbase,VisualDBASE,Clipper,Foxbase,FoxproandVFP等)中的数据导入到MicrosoftSQLServer2000数据库中。为此,本文开发了ActiveX脚本和Java数据转换应用程序,弥补了DTS在此方面的缺陷,为企业应用系统集成在数据库层面的集成提供了一个方法,具有一定的实用价值。This paper introduces data transformation services of Microsoft SQL Server 2000, presents its limitation in application, that is, DTS cann＇t scheduledly and automatically import the data of Xbase database（such as dbase, Visual DBASE, Clipper, Foxbase, Foxpro and VFP） to Microsoft SQL Server 2000. So ActiveX script and Java DTS application are developed to make up the shortcoming of DTS in the research. What is more, this solving method can be used in enterprise application integration（EAI） to integrate different software systems at the level of database.
