摘　　要：模块化使得公司能够控制日益增加的复杂技术,通过把产品分解成子系统,即模块,设计师、生产者和使用者都获得了很大的灵活性。模块化不只是加速了改变的步伐或增加了竞争的压力,它还改变了公司之间的关系。技术拥有者将是产品供应链的主导,产品的装配商将不再能控制最终的产品,关键模块的供应商将变得举足轻重,甚至有权制定模块的设计规则。The modulation causes the complex technology which the company can control increases day by day, through decomposes the product the subsystem, namely the module, the designer, the producer and the users have all obtained the very big flexibility. The modulation not only has accelerated the change step or increased the competition pressure, it also changed between company＇s relations. Technical owner will be the product supplies the chain the leadership, product assembly business no longer can control the final product, the essential module supplier will change pivotally, even will be authorized to formulate the module design rule.
