摘　　要：建立了HPLC法测定注射用依匹必利的含量。采用CN柱,流动相为甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.0)(60∶40),检测波长215nm。依匹比利在200～1000μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为1.18%。A HPLC method for determination of epidepride for injection was established. A CN column was used with the mobile phase of methanol -0.05mol/L phosphate buffer solution （pH6.0） （60： 40）, at the detection wavelength of 215nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 200 - 1000μg/ml. The average recovery was100.6% with RSD of 1.18%
