基层医疗机构医用诊断X线摄影机性能检测与分析

摘　　要：目的:了解分析影响医用X线摄影机性能和影像质量的主要技术参数现状,推进影响质量保证和控制工作的进展。方法:使用Barracuda X射线机输出评估装置,按照国家标准推荐的方法『1-3』,对医用X线摄影机的主要技术参数进行了检测。结果:共检测79台医用X线摄影机,合格率为43.0%。不合格参数主要为:管电流(占52.8%)、曝光时间(占35.9%)和管电压(占27.8%)。结论:应加强医用诊断X射线机各项技术参数的验收检测和状态检测工作,发现问题及时维修、调试,并认真做好医用诊断X射线机的日常维护和保养工作。Purpose： to study and analyze the status quo of the main technical parameters that have influence on the capacities and image quality of medical X ray camera. Methodology： to apply Barracuda X ray machine as the output and assess facility and examine the major technical parameters of medical X ray camera in the light of national standards 『1-3』.Results： Among all the 79 medical X ray camera, the percentage of eligibility is 43%. The parameters of disqualification are： electrical current （52.8%）, exposal time（35.9%）, voltage（27. %）. Conclusion： It is necessary to put more attention on the checkup of all parameters of medical X ray cameras, do the mending work in time and maintain them carefully.
