痛经停袋泡剂治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：为了进一步确定痛经停袋泡剂的临床疗效及其毒副作用,对180例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者进行临床疗效观察及药效学实验研究,观察结果表明痛经停组的近期镇痛作用与对照组(消炎痛)相近,但在症状改善情况与远期疗效方面有明显优势,且无副作用。动物实验显示痛经停袋泡剂能明显缓解催产素作用下大鼠离体子宫剧烈收缩作用,对由PGE_1、垂体后叶素、催产素引起的子宫痉挛有明显的对抗及阻断作用,并能明显抑制醋酸诱发小鼠扭体反应次数,具有镇痛作用;同时能改善血液流变性,降低全血粘度、血浆比粘度、缩短红细胞电泳时间,加快红细胞沉降率,证明其具有活血化瘀作用。由此提示痛经停袋泡剂是临床治疗原发性痛经的有效药物。In order to fruther determine the curative .effects of twigjingting and its toxic and side effects- primary dysmenorrhea (ISO cases) were observed on the curative effects and pharmarcologic study- The clinical results showed that the analgesia effect of observed group was the same as that of cpntroll group ( indomeihacin ) that the improvement of symptoms and late results were better than that of controll group(p<0. 05),there was no side effects, the experimental results showed that tongjingting could improve the rat' s fierce uterine contraction induced by oxytox-,counteracte and block the hysterospasm induced by PGE,, alphahypophamine and oxy-tocin, and significantly inhibited the mice' s torsion induced by acetic acid, the analgesia effects were signilicante, mean while tongjingting could improve the blood rheology,low the blood viscosity. All these suggested that the medicine had the effects of activiting the blood circulation to remove blood stasis, which was the effective medicine for treating primary dysmenorrhea.
