产业集群组织模式与集群内企业合作创新的互动机制研究

摘　　要：产业集群内的合作创新是在一定制度框架下构成的组织模式中进行的,它涉及到复杂的知识网络和社会关系网络。通过对静态的组织模式研究发现,产业集群的竞争优势在很大程度上取决于其内部的专业化分工程度,集群中既存在分工对集群合作创新施加影响,也同时存在集群合作创新促进分工深化的反馈并改变原有组织模式的过程。通过对其组织模式与合作创新所处阶段进行动态研究,则得出”少数龙头企业+众多中小企业”的集群组织模式是形成完善的集群合作创新网络的前提的结论,这也是我国众多传统产业内部中小企业集群发展的趋势所在。The cooperative innovation of full - grown industrial clusters is showing a tendency of self - enhancing. The interactive mechanism for cooperative innovation within industrial clusters is analyzed from the static and dynamic views; the cooperative backgrounds and the interactive mechanism in adopting cooperative innovation of enterprises are also discussed from the view of methodology. It is pointed out that long - term innovation system should be formed and local authorities must get involved in the initial stage and secede in later periods.
