小蓟提取物对凝血、出血及实验性炎症的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察小蓟不同提取物对小鼠凝血、出血时间及实验性炎症的影响。方法:采用毛细血管法测定小鼠的凝血时间;用断尾法测定小鼠的出血时间;以小鼠耳肿胀实验考察抗炎作用。结果:正丁醇部位、总黄酮部位具有显著的凝血和止血作用;乙酸乙酯部位具有一定的止血作用;总黄酮部位显著抑制实验性炎症。结论:小蓟的乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位和总黄酮部位具有不同程度的止血、凝血和抗炎作用。Objective： To investigate the effects of different extracts from Herba Cirsii on hemorrhage, blood coagulation and experimental inflammation in rats. Methods： The coagulation time was measured by using capillary method; the bleeding time was measured using tail-cutting method. The rat model for experimental inflammatory was established by the way of rat ear swelling. Results： The flavonoids, the ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract of decoction significantly shortened the time of hemorrhage and blood coagulation time, flavonoids significantly inhibited the rat ear swelling, compared with the control group. Conclusions： The flavonoids, ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract of the decoction Varry their actions on stopping hemorrhage, blood coagulation, and anti-inflammation.
