摘  要:目的:观察小蓟不同提取物对小鼠凝血、出血时间及实验性炎症的影响。方法:采用毛细血管法测定小鼠的凝血时间;用断尾法测定小鼠的出血时间;以小鼠耳肿胀实验考察抗炎作用。结果:正丁醇部位、总黄酮部位具有显著的凝血和止血作用;乙酸乙酯部位具有一定的止血作用;总黄酮部位显著抑制实验性炎症。结论:小蓟的乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位和总黄酮部位具有不同程度的止血、凝血和抗炎作用。Objective: To investigate the effects of different extracts from Herba Cirsii on hemorrhage, blood coagulation and experimental inflammation in rats. Methods: The coagulation time was measured by using capillary method; the bleeding time was measured using tail-cutting method. The rat model for experimental inflammatory was established by the way of rat ear swelling. Results: The flavonoids, the ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract of decoction significantly shortened the time of hemorrhage and blood coagulation time, flavonoids significantly inhibited the rat ear swelling, compared with the control group. Conclusions: The flavonoids, ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract of the decoction Varry their actions on stopping hemorrhage, blood coagulation, and anti-inflammation.
