益智合剂及针刺百会影响幼龄大鼠智力、海马超微结构及NO含量的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨益智合剂的益智作用及益智机理。方法：将40日龄SD大鼠分为假手术组、模型组、阳性西药组、中药小剂量组、中剂量组、大剂量组、针刺组、针药组共8组，分别灌胃针刺。结果：模型组与假手术组比较．智力降低（P〈0．01～0．001），NO含量降低，海马超微结构损伤；各观察组与模型组比较，智力均有不同程度改善（P〈0．05—0．01），NO含量有不同程度提高（P〈0．05-0．01），对海马的超微结构有不同的保护作用。结论：益智合剂及针刺百会具有益智作用，其机制可能与提高海马中NO含量及保护海马的超微结构有关。Objective： To explore the action and the mechanism of lchih Fruit Mixture on the intelligence improvement. Methods ： divide 40 white rats into 8 groups： false operation, pattern, positive western medicine, small dose middle dose, large dose of Chinese medicine, The clyster or acupuncture was applied to them. Results ： Comparing the groups of pattern with false operation, intelligence decreased （ P 〈 0.01 - 0. 001 ）, content of NO lowered, hippocampal ultrastructure was damaged. Comparing the other groups with the groups of pattern, intelligence improved to Certain degrees （ P 〈 0.05 - 0.01 ）, content of NO increased （ P 〈 0.05 - 0.01 ）, which can function the protective power to the hippocampal ultrastructure. Conclusions： Ichih fruit mixture and acupuntutre on the Baihui acupoint have the action of strenthening intelligence, whose mecahnism relates to the raise of the NO content in the hippocamp and the protection of the hippocampal ultrastructure.
