乙型肝炎病毒相关肾炎患者外周血淋巴细胞Fas表达和凋亡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究外周血淋巴细胞激活诱导细胞死亡(activationinducedcelldeath,AICD)在乙型肝炎病毒相关肾炎发病中的作用。方法分离经肾穿病理活检确诊为乙型肝炎病毒相关肾炎患者22例、单纯慢性乙型肝炎患者17例和21例对照组外周血淋巴细胞,用流式细胞仪检测其Fas表达率及培养后凋亡(AICD)情况。结果A组患者外周血淋巴细胞Fas表达率及AICD分别为41.25±9.04和40.92±12.38;B组分别为29.83±13.12和29.88±13.12;C组分别为18.05±9.23和19.26±9.66。A组患者外周血淋巴细胞Fas表达及AICD明显高于其它两组(P值分别为<0.05和0.01)。结论外周血淋巴细胞Fas表达率和AICD增加,可能在乙型肝炎病毒相关肾炎发病中起一定的作用。Objective To study the role of activation-induced cell death （AICD） in the pathogenesis of hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis. Methods The peripheral blood lymphocyte （PLB） were isolated from the patients with hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis （22 cases）, chronic hepatitis B patients （13 cases） and healthy people （21 cases）. Fas and apoptosis of peripheral blood lymphocyte were assessed by flow cytometry. Results Fas expressions and AICD were 41.25 ± 9.04 and 40.92 ±2.38 in group A,29.83 ± 13.12 and 29.88 ± 13.12 in group B,18.05 ±9.23 and 19.26 ±9.66 in group C, respectively. Fas expressions and AICD in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and group C （P 〈 0.05 and 0.01 ）. Conclusions Increased AICD and Fas expressions may play an important role in the pathogenesis of hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis.
