Effects of Genotype and Environment on Partial Quality Traits of Chinese Winter-sown Wheat and the Correlation Analysis

摘  要:选择冬播麦区108份代表性品种(系)于2001~2002年度分别在南北两组区试15个试点种植,对其部分品质性状进行分析表明,北片各品质指标在不同品种和不同地点之间存在显著差异,且品种间的变异大于品种×地点互作及地点间。试点之间相比,北片各点籽粒硬度和千粒重显著高于南片(里下和试点除外),籽粒蛋白含量和SDS沉淀值各试点相差不大。品种间相比,北片参试品种的籽粒硬度、籽粒蛋白质含量、千粒重和SDS沉淀值普遍高于南片品种,其中北片依次分别为61,12.0%,44.8g和11.0mL,南片分别为44,11.5%,37.8g和10.3mL;北片品质性状变异幅度较小的品种频率高于南片,北片依次分别为66.2%,76.9%,78.5%和7.7%,南片分别为23.3%,39.5%,32.6%和7.0%。相关分析表明,品质性状间的关系与SKCS籽粒硬度大小有关,硬质麦籽粒硬度与SDS沉淀值和千粒重存在极显著正相关和极显著负相关,相关系数分别为0.38和-0.53,籽粒蛋白和SDS沉淀值呈显著正相关,相关系数为0.15;软质麦籽粒硬度与SDS沉淀值呈显著负相关,相关系数为-0.58,与千粒重无显著相关性,籽粒蛋白和SDS沉淀值呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.55。108 leading wheat cultivars were planted in 15 sites in 2001 -2002 growing season, wheat partial quality traits were tested and analyzed. The result showed that there were differences at 1% probability significant level of wheat quality parameters among wheat cultivars and planting sites in the north region, the variance of cultivar was greater than that of cultivar x site interaction and site. Sites in the north region were associated with higher grain hardness and thousands kernel weight than that in the south region(except Lixiahe), significant at 1% probability level, while grain protein content and SDS sedimentation value had not significant difference between the two regions. Samples from the north region were higher than that from the south in hard wheat, grain protein content, thousands kernel weight and SDS sedimentation value, associated with 61, 12.0% , 44. 8 g and 11.0 mL for the former and 44, 11.5% , 37.8 g and 10.3 mL, respectively. Stabler lines in the north regions shared higher percentage than that in the south regions, associated with 66.2%, 76. 9%, 78.5% and 7.7% for the former and 23.3%, 39. 5% , 32. 6% and 7.0% for the latter, respectively. The correlation among quality traits was associated with grain hardness. For hard winter wheat, grain hardness was positively correlated with SDS sedimentation and negatively correlated with thousands kernel weight, their correlation efficients were 0. 38 and - 0. 53, respectively, significance at 1% probability levels. For soft winter wheat, grain hardness was negatively correlated with SDS sedimentation associated with -0. 53 of correlation efficients, significance at 5% probability levels, grain hardness was not significant correlated with thousands kernel weight. Grain protein content was positively correlated with SDS sedimentation value, at 5 % significant level in hard wheat and 1% significant level in soft wheat, respectively.
