摘　　要：总结了一段炉下集气管的检测和修理工作。通过对一段炉下集气管爆管断面的金相分析,对比资料,找出了爆管原因,提出了下集气管残余寿命的估计值。In this paper, the authors review the detection and repair of primary reformer inlet manifold, find out the cause of pipe burst by means of metallographic analysis of burst pipe section and in comparison with information, put forward the estimated residual life of inlet manifold.
