摘  要:本文运用机械法和电测法来研究肱骨髁上部力学性能。机械法采用甲醛固定小儿尸体肱骨40根,随机分为10组,进行压缩、拉伸、弯曲试验:电测法采用小儿尸体5具,将电阻片贴在肽骨髁上部,进行应力和应变测试。结果表明:整骨试件不同,其断裂强度不同;髁上部的压缩、拉伸、弯曲强度低于骨干部和外科颈;断裂多在髁上部,且尺侧边缘骨皮质首先断裂;旋前位时外侧挠骨对肱骨的作用是压力,内侧尺骨对肱骨的作用是拉力;旋后位正相反;从伸直位(180度)开始弯曲,髁上内外侧的拉压应力一般随之增加;外断内连时外侧在旋后位时发生大的拉力位移,而在旋前位时发生比较大的压力应变;内断外连时内侧在旋前位时发生大的拉力位移,而在旋后位时发生比较大的压力应变;测试证实了Salter理论。The article,tudied mechanical function on supracondyle of humerus with the methods of mechanical and electrometric.In the mechod, 40 humeri of infantile ptoma fixed with formalde-hyde were randomly divided into 10 groups,the test of compressing, extending and bendingwas presented. In the electrometric. method,5 infantile male ptoma were used and the gauge pieces were put on supracondyle to measure the stress and the strain. The result showed that the breaking intensity in different part of the bone was different. The intensity of compresing,extending and bending in supracondyle was lower than that in di-aphysis and in surgical neck,and the cortex in the cortex in the edge of ulnar border broke first, In supination, the func-tion that radius to hnmers was compressing while ulna gave to humerus was extending; in prontition, the result was cntrast to the before, When flexed from extension( 180°), the stress of compressing and ex-tending on supracondyle increased gradually. When the lateral of supracondyle broke and the medialun-broke,the lateral was in great extending-strain state in pronation, ingreal compressing-stain in supination was in great extending-stain state in supination, in great compressing-stain state in supination proved Salte's Theory.
