甲基强的松龙剂量对重症SARS患者疗效和不良反应影响

摘　　要：目的研究注射用甲基强的松龙的应用剂量对重症SARS患者的疗效和不良反应的影响。方法根据临床确诊37例使用注射用甲基强的松龙重症SARS患者的用药剂量分为3组,描述性分析各组病例基本病情和不良反应。结果1000～4000mg组治疗效果最好,药品不良反应发生率为30%,0～1000mg组无药物不良反应发生,>4000mg组出现明显的高血糖。结论在重症SARS患者的治疗中,注射用甲基强的松龙虽有着确切的疗效,但同时也是引起药品不良反应的主要因素,掌握好应用剂量对于重症SARS患者的治疗至关重要。Aim To study the effect and ADRs of metrisone dosage to critical patients of SARS. Methods The information of 37 critical patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome （SAILS） was collected by HIS system and effect and ADRs of metrisone were analysed. 37 patients were divided into three groups on the basis of metrisone dosage. Results The best curative effect was achieved in the 1 000 - 4 000mg group. The percentage of ADRs among the 37 patients was 30% .The 〉4 000mg group showed hyperglycemia. Conclusion Metrisone was effective for critical patients with SAILS while putting patients at the risk of ADRs. The dosage of metrison to critical SRAS patient should be more cautiousy handled to balance the effect and ADRs of metrisone.
