高效液相色谱法测定丹红注射液中原儿茶醛的含量

摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定丹红注射液中原儿茶醛的含量。方法以VrdmasilC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱;甲醇-1%乙酸水溶液(13∶87)为流动相;检测波长280nm测定。结果方法平均加样回收率原儿茶醛为98.8%,RSD为1.23%(n=9),原儿茶醛在0.5～4.0μg范围内,线性关系良好。结论方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为丹红注射液的含量测定方法。Aim To establish a method of determination of the contents of protocatechuic aldehyde in Danhong Injection by HPLC.Methods The determination was carried out with VrdmasilC18 （150mm×4.6mm,5μm） colume. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% HAC（13：87） and UV detection wavelength was 280nm. Results The average recovery of standard addition as 98.8%, RSD being 1.23% （ n =9） for protocatechuic aldehyde. There was a good linear relationship between the ＇absorption area value and the concentration in the 0.5 - 4.0μg for protocatechuic aldehyde. Conclulion The method is simple, acurate, reproducible and suitable content determination of Danhong Injection.
