胃溃灵免疫调节作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药胃溃灵对实验性小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法将 NIH 系小鼠随机分组实验。小鼠血清抗体效价水平采用血清凝集素测定法。血清溶菌酶含量用杨贵贞法检测,单核巨噬细胞用李仪奎法检测。结果与正常对照组比较胃溃灵组能显著提高小鼠血清抗体效价水平(P<0.01或 P<0.05)且抗体效价与药物剂量成正比。与生理盐水组比较,胃溃灵组、雷尼替丁组均能明显提高小鼠血清溶菌酶含量(P<0.01或P<0.01),且胃溃灵组优于雷尼替丁组。胃溃灵组小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬指数明显高于生理盐水组(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。结论胃溃灵能调节实验动物的免疫功能,有免疫增强作用,对治疗消化性溃疡和抗溃疡复发有着重要意义。AIMS To study the immunologic function of Chinese medicine weikuiling in experimental mice. METHODS NIH white mice were randomly divided into groups.The serum agglutination test was used to detect the serum antibody level of the mice.Yang's and Li's methods were used to detect the serum lysozyme contents and the phagocytosis index of mononuclear- macrophage. RESULTS Compared with the control group,the serum antibody level of the weikuiling group was increased and was positively correlated to the doses.Statistical differences were remarkable(P<0.01 or P<0. 05).The serum lysozyme contents in group of the different doses of weikuiling were improved obviously(P<0.01 or P<0.01).So were ranitidine group(P<0.01 or P<0.01).Moreover,weikuiling is bet- ter than ranitidine.The phagocytosis index of mononuclear- macrophage in weikuiling group was higher than that of normal group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).
