摘 要:针对悬臂的边界条件,建立了在流体作用下输液曲管的振动方程及有限元分析模型,并研究了曲管的振动特性。通过对ANSYS进行UPF二次开发,自定义曲管单元进行特征值求解,得出了流体流速对曲管特征频率影响的规律,同时考察了输液曲管的稳定性,求出了输液曲管发生颤振失稳时的临界流速。计算实例表明自定义单元具有很好的精度。The vibration equations and finite element analysis model of the curved pipes conveying fluid are constructed and the dynamics of curved pipes under the boundary conditions of cantilever pipe are investigated also. By UPF of ANSYS, defining a user curved pipe element and solving eigenvalue, the law which how fluid velocities affect the characteristic frequencies of curved pipes are obtained, the stability of curved pipes is also studied at the same time and the critical velocities are obtained. The results show that user defined element is accurate.
