摘　　要：介绍了基于PLC与触摸屏的烟草制丝线烘丝秤自动控制系统。通过PLC可实现对烟厂制丝车间烘丝秤的自动化控制,而触摸屏可以对烘丝秤传送带的运行进行实时监视、数据设定和分析以及故障监控。使用本系统,烘丝秤将获得更好的稳定性、可靠性和可操作性。This article introduced an automatic control system based on the PLC and touch- screen on the tobacco drying thread scale. By PLC method, the scale for drying tobacco thread in cigarette factory thread - produced workshop can be carried out automaticlly. To make use of the touch -screen, we can do real -time supervision, data analysis and fault inspecting on convey strip process. By this method, the scale system for tobacco drying thread can be much stable, dependable and easily operated.
