摘 要:利用转基因技术获得具有目的性状的转基因植株,是进行作物品种改良的有效方式。但基因沉默等现象降低了外源基因在转基因植物中的表达效率。从外源基因的DNA修饰水平、翻译后蛋白的定位、以及转基因方式等方面综述了国内外植物基因工程中的相关研究;分析了外源基因表达效率低的原因;提出了克服基因沉默并实现外源基因高效表达的途径。With the development of plant genetic engineering, many transformation methods can be used to transfer heterogeneous genes with economic merit into plants for developing genetic crops. However, a lot of research results showed that transgene expression remains largely unpredictable and there is a great variation of expression level in plants. The researches of plant genetic engineering were reviewed in the paper. We analyzed the course of low efficiency of heterogeneous gene expression in DNA modification level, the location of pre-protein and the methods of genetic transformation, then gave some advices in improving heterogeneous gene expression with high efficiency in transgenic plants.
