无梭织机织边用筒管纱卷绕机的研制

摘　　要：为满足无梭织机织边用筒管纱缠绕的需要,应用现代设计方法,研制了一台无梭织机织边用筒管纱卷绕机。通过分析卷绕机的工作原理,制定了优化的设计方案,给出了该卷绕机的卷取机构、导丝机构、张力调节装置的具体设计方法。介绍了卷绕机电气传动装置的组成、系统恒张力调节原理,分析了恒张力卷绕机理及用软件来实现卷绕特性的方法。设备运行结果表明:该卷绕机实现了自动控制,达到了预期的设计要求。To meet the request of bobbin yarn winding used by shutfleless loom＇ s selvage, a new-type winding machine of bobbin yarn on shutfleless loom＇ s selvage is developed. The optimal plan of design is made through analyzing operation principle of the winding machine, and the design of winding down mechanism, thread guide mechanism, tension adjust mechanism of the machine are provided. The structure of electrical drive unit of the winding machine and the principle of regulating permanent tension of system are introduced, and the winding principle with permanent tension and the way for achieving winding special properly with software are discussed. The operation result of the equipment indicates that the machine is controlled automatically by PLC, and the design has reached the anticipated request.
