摘　　要：我国经济增长方式转变受生产力水平制约。经济增长方式转变滞后受工业化阶段、二元结构体制约束．同时，发展中国家的问题与转型经济的问题交织在一起，更加大了经济增长方式转变的困难及复杂性。要以调整和优化产业结构为主要途径，大力发展有突破性带动作用的高技术产业，积极促进经济增长方式的转变。The transformation of China＇s economic growth mode is much subject to the level of productivity. The transformation of economic growth mode is restricted by the phase of industrialization, system of dualistic structure between urban and rural areas. In addition, a mixture of problems of developing countries and transitional economy makes the transformation more complicated and difficult. The structural adjustment and optimization of industries should be the main approach to develop the breakthrough leading high-tech industries and to promote the transformation of economic growth mode.
