摘  要:研究了一种利用钽酸锂热释电探测器实现的实用化双波长光纤测温仪.该测温仪由光学接收系统、信号放大与处理系统及显示系统三部分组成.依照单个探测器的温度分辨力和相对温度灵敏度、R(T)~T曲线的温度灵敏度以及抗反射辐射能力与各主要技术参数之间的关系,在考虑光路中的选择性吸收气体的影响及探测器的最小可探测功率的基础上,对其工作波长及波长带宽进行了优化设计.同时也分析了仪器的工作波长及波长带宽对温度分辨力及测温灵敏度的影响.结果表明,在测温范围400~1300℃内,当λ1=2.1μm、λ2=2.3μm、Δλ=20nm时,其测温精度优于0.20%,满足实际需要.A new kind of the practical dual-wavelength fiber-optic colorimeter using LiTaO3 pyroelectric detector is presented. This instrument consists of three parts:optical receiving system, signal amplifying and controlling system, and display system. According to the relationships among various technical parameters and main specifications (temperature resolving power and relative temperature measurement sensitivity of the single detector, temperature measurement sensitivity of R (T)- T curves and the ability of controlling reflection radiation),and after considering the minimal responsibility of the single detector and the effect on temperature measurement accuracy by absorption-selection gases in the optical path, an optimal parameter selection for determining two operating wavelengths and their bandwidths of this instrument is presented. At the same time, the effects on temperature resolving power and measurement sensitivity by the two operating wavelengths and their bandwidths are analyzed. The temperature measurement accuracy exceeds 0.20% at 400 - 1300℃, λ1=2.1μm、λ2=2.3μm and Δλ=20nm .
