摘　　要：在碳纤维复合材料制孔过程中,经常会出现分层、劈裂等质量问题。本文从分析碳纤维复合材料制孔工艺特性入手,讨论了钻头的设计及磨制方法、钻孔工艺参数的选取、金刚砂套料刀具的设计与使用方法,并提出了若干适合实际操作的工艺技巧。The laminated and split problem often appears in the drilling process of the carbon fiber composites. In this paper, we analyse the drilling process property of the carbon fiber composites, discuss the design of the drills and the grinding method, the selection of the process parameter, the design and application of carbonmdum tools and several practical process skills are also provided.
