《河北科技师范学院学报》引文评价指标分析

摘　　要：为了解《河北科技师范学院学报》的整体办刊水平、存在的问题、今后的努力方向和学习的样板,以《中 国期刊引证研究报告2003-2004》为依据。选择了部分与《河北科技师范学院学报》相关的学报,比较了其影响 因子等引文分析指标。通过比较认为:《河北科技师范学院学报》应以农业科学、生命科学研究为优势学科,充 分反映其教学科研成果;年发文量保持现有规模,努力提高刊发文章的学术水平,阻止学术水平较差的文章进 入学报,以提高学报的影响因子量值;学报刊发论文的基金论文比偏低,今后应努力争取多刊登各级各类科研 课题论文;编辑人员应努力学习编辑业务知识,尽快提高编辑工作水平,将主要精力放在学报工作上。In order to know the overall running level of a journal, its problems, the aspects that need improving and the sample journals that can be followed, we chose some journals relevant to the journal of HNUST and compared the impact factors, and some other analytical indices of quoted papers between them. The results showed the following： The Journal of Hebei Normal University of Science Technology should take agricultural science and life sciences as the privileged subjects and reflect fully their teaching and research results; we should keep the same number of papers published in the journal, and make an effort to improve the academic level of papers. We should hinder the academically poorer papers to be published in our journal so that we could improve the value of impact factors of the journal; and we have less funded-research papers, We need to publish more papers based on research programs; and the editors should study hard about how to edit journals well and improve the working level of the editing process.
