摘　　要：针对目前土地估价市场的现状,本文以基于Delphi和组件式GIS软件——MapX开发的宗地估价信息系统为例,着重介绍了该宗地估价信息系统的实现方法以及其主要功能,说明了采用这种方式进行地理信息系统应用开发是较好的选择。In view of the present situation in the market of the land price evaluation, the paper introduces the main functions and the realizing method of this system by applying GIS technology based on Delphi and component GIS software-MapX. It is the best choice to design the practical Geographic Information System.
