摘  要:主要论述了《港口工程地基规范》(JT J250-98)在地基稳定和承载力验算中采用综合分项系数(在规范中称为抗力分项系数)的原因和确定方法,在地基稳定和承载力验算中,采用此方法确定分项系数并结合工程经验,可以方便设计人员进行地基稳定和承载力设计。The paper expounds mainly on the reasons why comprehensive sub-coefficients (which are referred to as the resistance sub-coefficients) are used in verification of the stability and bearing capacity of foundations specified in the Code for Foundations in Port Engineering (JTJ250-98) and the method to determine the sub-coefficients in verifying the stability and bearing capacity of a foundation. The proposed method, together with their engineering experience, may help the designers to make easier design of the stability and bearing capacity of foundations.
