摘　　要：WTO多哈回合农业谈判对“蓝箱”政策进行了改革。改革虽然严格了“蓝箱”的使用纪律,并首次对“蓝箱”措施的使用量进行封顶,但另一方面也扩大了“蓝箱”的使用范围,使发达国家真正受益,而广大发展中国家却要遭受不平等竞争带来的损失。我国作为农产品贸易大国,将面临更加不利的竞争局面。因此,我国应在进一步的农业谈判中严格“蓝箱”的各项纪律,避免造成更大的扭曲。WTO Doha Round reformed the policy of Blue Box. Although the disciplines of Blue Box have been strengthened and been caped with the measure of agricultural product value. On the other hand, the Blue Box has expanded its using range. As a result, those developed countries can get more benefits, while those developing countries will suffer from the inequality competition. As a great country in agricultural trade, in order to avoid more distorting, China should strict every disciplines on Blue Box on the farther agriculture negotiation.
