摘 要:通过流动可视化方法并结合数值计算模拟了两个不同旋转方向涡的干涉及其发展过程.结果表明:在靠近装有涡产生器(VG)壁面的截面上的涡的强度较大,远离壁面的截面上的涡的强度较小;不同旋转方向的两个涡系相互干涉时合成涡系的强度有减弱趋势,离装涡产生器表面较近的纵向切面上合成涡系的强度减弱程度较小,在离装涡产生器表面较远的纵向切面上合成涡系的强度减弱程度较大,中心切面上合成涡系的强度减弱程度居中.In this paper,we have studied the interactions and the evolution of two vortices with different rotate directions genenratated by two vortex generators both by the flow visualization method and the numerical simulation method. The present research declares that the eddies with different rotate directions will interact and result in the tendency to decrease the heat transfer. How to observe the interaction phenomenon of the rotated eddy with different directions is significant to understand such interactions. By using flow visualization techniques, the interactions of two counter-rotating direction vortices have been studied. The experiment shows that the vortex intensity on slice near surface mounted with VG is stronger than that on slice away from that surface~ the interactions of two counter-rotating vortices decrease the intensity of the combined vortex. The decrease of the vortex intensity over longitudinal slice close to the vortex generations is weak,the decrease of vortex intensity over longitudinal slice away from the vortex generations is strong, and the vortex intensity over the middle longitudinal slice is between the above two.
