摘　　要：从水资源所具有的自然属性、社会属性和经济属性出发,以兰州市城区为例,选取水质、水资源量、人口密度和国民收入作为评价要素,采用相应的定量方法,建立水资源价值模糊评判模型,对该市区的水资源价值进行了初步评价,并估算了水资源价格.Water resources possess properties of nature, economy and society. Taking I.anzhou City as an example, we select water quality, water resources amount, density of population and national income as the evaluating elements,adopt corresponding quantity method and establish the fuzzy comprehensive appraisal mathematical model. At last, the evaluation of water resources value of this city has been carried out, and water price is computed.
