摘  要:为了提高丙烯腈-氯化聚乙烯-苯乙烯(AN-CPE-St)悬浮溶胀接枝共聚的稳定性和制备颗粒特性良好的共聚树脂,研究了聚乙烯醇/活性磷酸钙(PVA/HAP)复合分散体系在悬浮共聚合中的作用.通过分析共聚树脂的颗粒特性和分散剂在树脂颗粒中的分布,阐明复合分散体系的分散和稳定作用机理.研究发现,当PVA或HAP分散剂单独使用时,聚合都出现产物结块现象.当PVA/HAP质量比为1.0∶2.2时,共聚树脂颗粒规整,粒度适宜.随着复合分散体系用量的增加,共聚树脂的平均粒径减小,而AN-St共聚物细粒子增多.PVA/HAP复合使用时,可在分散油相表面形成双层保护膜,对分散油相起胶体保护和机械隔离作用.To improve the stability of suspension swelling graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile-chlorinated polyethylene:styrene (AN-CPE-St) and to prepare AN-CPE-St copolymers with suitable particle characteristics, the function of polyvinyl alcohol/hydroxyapatite (PVA/HAP) composite suspending agents in the suspension copolymerization was investigated. The particle features of the obtained copolymers and the distribution of suspending agents in the copolymer particles were characterized and the dispersion and stabilization function of composite suspending agents were illustrated. The results show that the agglomeration of copolymer particles occurs in the polymerization when PVA or HAP is used individually. Copolymer particles have regular shape when PVA/HAP composite suspending agents with mass ratio of 1.0 : 2.2 are applied. The average size of copolymer particles decreases and the content of fine AN-St copolymer particles increases with the increasing mass fraction of the composite suspending agents. After adopting PVA/HAP composite suspending agents, the two-layer protective films formed at the surface of the dispersed oil phase can provide colloidal protection and mechanical isolation to the oil phase.
