摘 要:为了在TiO2纳米管表面进行贵金属纳米粒子包覆,提出了微波合成的新方法.以金红石相TiO2纳米粉体为前驱体合成了TiO2纳米管,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)考察TiO2纳米管的组成及晶型,并观察了TiO2由片状结构卷积成管状结构的过程,对TiO2纳米管的形成机理作了初步探讨.利用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDX)对包覆Ag、Au后的纳米管形貌结构及性能进行了表征.研究结果表明,Ag、Au纳米粒子均匀负载在TiO2纳米管表面,管径为8 nm左右,纳米管管长在100~300 nm.Ag、Au纳米粒子的平均粒径分别为5.4 nm 和6.2 nm,Ag、Au纳米粒子的负载量分别为8.8 %和6.9 %.To prepare TiO2 nanotubes covered with noble metal nanoparticles, a novel microwave assisted technique was proposed. After TiO2 nanotubes were synthesized using rutile TiO2 powder as the precursor, the composition and crystal form of the TiO2 nanotubes were analyzed by XRD and TEM, and the process of TiO2 sheets converting into nanotubes was studied and a primary formation mechanism of TiO2 nanotubes was discussed. The figure and property of the TiO2 nanotube covered with Ag and Au were characterized by SEM and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX). The results show that the Ag and Au nanoparticles are well dispersed on the surface of the TiO2 nanotubes with average diameter about 8 nm and length of 100-300 nm. The average particle diameter is about 5.4 nm for Ag and 6.2 nm for Au. The metal content of the composed nanotubes is 8.8% for Ag and 6.9% for Au.
