福建口岸出入境人员预防接种统计分析

摘　　要：[目的]通过对福建国际旅行卫生保健中心出入境人员预防接种情况的统计分析,为防止各种传染病 在口岸的传播提供科学依据。[方法]对福建国际旅行卫生保健中心2001-2004年74826例出入境人员的预防 接种工作进行统计分析。[结果]4年来共为74826例出入境人员进行了预防接种,其中以定居和劳务人员占较 大比例。以接种水痘和乙肝疫苗最多。[结论]加强对出入境人员的旅行相关疾病和预防接种知识宣传,做好国 际旅行者接种工作咨询与评估,可减少传染病通过口岸传播的机会,有效的保障出入境人员的健康。Objective Through analysis the vaccination of entry- exit personnels in Fujian International Healthcare Centre , provides science basis to prevent various infectious disease epidemic in the seaport. Methods 74 826 entry- exit personnels＇ vaccination were analysed from 2002 to 2004. Results For last 4 years, we vaccinated for 74 826 entry- exit personnels, among them there are settle and work for abord Occupancy more Percentage, varicella and hepatitis B vaccines were inoculated more than others. Conclusion Strengthens the opportunity to entry - exit personnels＇ the travel diseases and vaccination knowledge publicity, work well the consultation and valuations for them , We can reduce the infectious disease epidemic and dissemination in the seaport, guarantee entry - exit personnels＇ health in valid.
