摘　　要：[目的]有效地控制日本脑炎的传播。[方法]对日本脑炎的流行趋势、影响流行的因素以及预防控 制策略进行探讨。[结果]现阶段日本脑炎呈现出流行区域逐渐扩大,在全球病例数下降的同时发病年龄有所上 升,而且流行性仍然活跃等趋势。[结论] 提高免疫接种率,加强监测是现阶段预防控制日本脑炎的主要策略。Objective To control the spreading of Japanese encephalitis effectively, Methods We have assayed the features and reasons of popularity, discussed the prophylactic countermeasures. Results At present, the prevalent zone of Japanese encephalitis is enlarging gradually; the number of global cases is descending while the age of cases is upswing and the epidemic probability is still high. Conclusion We must improve the vaccination rate. It is substantive prophylactic countermeasures of strengthening the surveillance of Japanese enceiphalitis.
