我国新闻舆论监督立法初探

摘　　要：监督权是民主社会中不可缺少的权利,新闻舆论监督是社会主义民主政治的重要内容,也 是民主社会发展的必然趋势。多年来,由于没有专门的立法界定新闻媒体的权利和义务,新闻舆论监督 权屡屡受到侵犯,舆论媒体侵权行为也时有发生。因而,我国迫切需要制定《舆论监督法》或《新闻 法》,对新闻舆论监督行为进行规制。The authority over supervision is an indispensable right in the democratic society. Being supervised by news and public opinion is an important content of the socialist democratic politics, it is also an inexorable trend of the democratic social development. For many years, as there is no special legislation to define the right and obligation of press media, the authority over the news-and-public-opinion supervision is infringed repeatedly, the right of public opinion and press media are occasionally infringed, too. Therefore, our country needs to work out a ＂ Law of Supervision by Public Opinion ＂ or ＂ Press Law ＂ urgently, carrying on the definition of the behavior of supervision by news and public opinion.
