摘  要:应用电生理方法观察了不同浓度的酒精对蟾蜍离体坐骨神经干动作电位的幅度、持续时间及传导速度的影响.结果表明:用酒精溶液浸泡蟾蜍坐骨神经干10min,低浓度(1%、2%、4%)时,动作电位的幅度和对照组相比无明显变化;中、高浓度的酒精溶液(6%、8%、10%、12%)使动作电位的幅度显著或极显著降低.动作电位的传导速度随着酒精溶液浓度的升高而变慢,和对照组相比,10%的酒精溶液使其显著减慢﹙P<0.05﹚;12%的酒精溶液使其极显著减慢﹙P<0.01﹚.随着酒精溶液浓度的升高,坐骨神经干动作电位持续时间有缩短趋势,但无显著性差异.这说明酒精溶液对坐骨神经干动作电位具有一定的抑制作用.With eleetrophysiologieal methods, effects of different concentrations of alcohol on the amplitude,conduction velocity and duration of action potential of isolated sciatic nerve in Bufo Bufo were observed. The results showed that: treated for 10 minutes and compared with the control, alcohol in low concentration (1% - 4%) has no significantly difference on the action potential amplitude, whereas alcohol in high concentration (60% - 12%) has significantly decreased it with the increasing concentration. The conduction velocity of action potential has become slower with the increasing concentration of alcohol, and 10% of which significantly (P〈0.05) and 12% of which highly significantly (P〈0.01) slows down. The duration of action potential becomes slower and slower with the increasing concentration of alcohol, but effect of various concentrations of alcohol on it has no differences. This indicates that alcohol, in certain range, has inhibition on the electric characteristics of action potential of isolated sciatic nerve in bufo.
