摘  要:目的应用TCD技术观察巴曲酶(DF-521)治疗频发的短暂性脑缺血发作(TIAs)与常规治疗血流动力学变化的差别。方法100例TIAs住院患者随机分为巴曲酶治疗组(50例)和三七总皂甙-阿斯匹林对照组(50例)。应用TCD技术,分别观察血流动力学变化,并进行对比研究。结果两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。治疗组的血流动力学变化明显优于对照组,血流速度趋于正常早于对照组,停止发作时间早于对照组,治疗组的并发症少,平均住院日显著低于对照组(P<0.005)。结论应用巴曲酶治疗TIAs起效快、效果好、安全性高。通过应用TCD技术,为指导临床治疗和评估疗效提供了有力的依据。[Objective] To investigate the difference of hemodynamics changes between batroxobin treatment and general treatment of frequent transient isehemle attacks (TIAs) measured by transeranial doppler. [Methods] One hundred patients with TIAs were randomly divided into Batroxobin injection group (n=50) and panax notoginseng saponins-aspirin control group (n=50). To observe the hemodynamies changes before and after the treatment, and analyze the results. [Results] There was a markedly difference between the two groups ( P 〈0.01). The hemodynamies changes of batroxobin group were superior to control group, and symptoms disappeared earlyer than control group. Batroxobin group was significantly less than control group on the complications and the time in hospital (P 〈0.005). [Conclusions] Batroxobin is a fast ,effective and safe method in treating TIAs. The technology of TCD can provide a new indicator for clinic selection of reasonable treatment and evaluation of effect.
