可膨胀自锁式髓内钉治疗四肢长骨骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评估应用新型可膨胀自锁式髓内钉治疗四肢长骨骨折的临床效果。方法将15例四肢长骨骨折患者设为观察组,采用可膨胀自锁式髓内钉治疗,将同期40例四肢长骨骨折患者设为对照组,采用交锁式髓内钉治疗,术后常规治疗,定期随访,比较两组的手术时间、手术出血量、住院时间以及手术并发症发生率。结果两组手术时间、住院时间差异有显著性,观察组明显低于对照组,且其术后并发症明显少于对照组。结论可膨胀自锁式髓内钉是一种新颖、有效的内固定器械,能简化手术操作、减少手术创伤,有利于骨折愈合,降低手术并发症。[Objective] To assess the clinical results of the treatment of fractures of upper and lower extremity with the fixion intramedullary nailing. [Methods] 15 patients of femoral, tibial and humerus fractures treated with the fixion intramedullary nailing is experimental group, and the other 40 patients treated with intrameduUary interlocking nailing is control group. Two groups were surveyed after 8-14 months. The time of operation and in hospital, the data of blood in operation, the complications were compared and analysed. [Results] There were remarkable differences at the time of operation and in hospital in two groups, the complications in experimental group was less than the control group. [Conclusions] The fixion intrameduUary nailing is a novel and effective device applied in upper and lower extremity＇ fracture is helpful to simplify the process of operation, decrease the harm and complication of operation, improve the cure of fractures.
