乳管内视镜在诊断未扪及肿块的乳头溢液中的价值

摘　　要：目的评价乳管内视镜在未扪及肿块的乳头溢液中的诊断价值。方法对70例未扪及肿块的乳头溢液患者同时行乳管内视镜及乳腺导管造影检查,将检查结果、溢液性质、病理检查结果进行总结分析。结果导管内隆起性病变在乳管内视镜及乳腺导管造影中的检出率分别为24.3%、31.4%,与病理诊断符合率分别为91.3%、73.9%。结论乳管内视镜可作为未扪及肿块的乳头溢液患者的首选检查方法,必要时结合乳腺导管造影,减少漏诊及误诊。[Objective] To evaluate the diadynamie value of nipple discharge without palpable mass by fiberoptie duetoseopy. [Methods] 70 eases had accepted fiberoptie duetoseopy and galaetography at the same time, The resuits of above-mentioned examination, property of the discharge, and pathologic diagnosis were analyzed. [Results] 17 eases （24.3%） with intraduetal protrusion lesion were detected by fiberoptie duetoseopy and 22 eases （31.4%） were detected by galaetography. There isn＇t significant difference between them （P 〉0.05）. But there are 21 eases （21/23, 91.3%） get the coincident pathologic diagnosis in fiberoptie duetoseopy, and 17 eases （17/22, 73.9%） get the coincident pathologic diagnosis in galaetography. There is significant difference between them （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion] Fiberoptie duetoseopy is the prineipal technique for nipple discharge without palpable mass, And sometimes it is necessary that patients accept galaetography at the same time for reducing misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
